The Festival will be held in the heart of one of the largest Chinese / American commercial districts in the southland. The one-day festivities attract about 50,000 people and consist of more than 250 booths.  There are many theme-oriented venues giving attendees a taste of the Chinese culture. The food court is an ideal place to sample dishes from different regions. Admission is free.

The festival will include an Entertainment Stage that features a variety of programs including the JC Penney Fashion Show. The Cultural Pavilion will be presenting several exhibits offering a glimpse into Chinese culture and tradition, including the giveaway of one thousand red envelopes. For children, several special areas will be provided for hands-on arts and crafts.  Attendees can enter the karaoke singing contest to display their talent for a chance to win prizes.
